About Us

Cloud Mountain Conservation, officially Dali Biodiversity Conservation and Research Center, was founded in 2015 by a group of zoologists, wildlife photographers, nature educators, and experienced conservationists. We advocate for science, cooperation, trust and sustainability.

Amongst local communities, we encourage public engagement and promote sustainable development through scientific education. In the field, we study and protect flagship wildlife species such as gibbons to preserve the vast biodiversity of the pristine forests in Southwest China.
