Empowering women conservationists across Southeast Asia, our Network of Women (NOW) is a transformative initiative dedicated to fostering leadership, resilience, and collaboration among women driving conservation efforts. Through tailored training programs and an ever-growing community, NOW is cultivating the next generation of women leaders who are shaping the future of wildlife conservation in Southeast Asia.
NOW Leaders
At the heart of the Network of Women is NOW Leaders — a leadership programme designed to empower women conservationists with the skills, confidence, and connections needed to make a lasting impact. NOW Leaders focuses on developing leadership skills, enhancing wellbeing, and fostering a supportive network. NOW Leaders equips participants with tools to lead with clarity, purpose, and resilience in the challenging field of conservation.
NOW Collective
Graduates of NOW Leaders transition into the NOW Collective, a dynamic alumnae network where connections flourish and knowledge continues to grow. The NOW Collective is a space for ongoing collaboration, mentorship, and support, ensuring that the journey of leadership doesn’t end with NOW Leaders but evolves into a lifetime of shared growth and impact.
“The programme is not just about capacity building but also spirit building.”
